Litter of Full Bred AKC Havanese Puppies due to be transferred to the new owners home Beginning at 8 Weeks of Age. They were just born on morning of Jan 23rd. We are now accepting reservations for pups from this litter. Hurry, we only have 3 puppies left. Pick of litter according to place on list. We have 1 spoken for already. Get 2nd pick of litter and so on. That may change at anytime as they often sell very quick since we do have references and our puppies are excellent quality. We are experienced breeders and have placed other puppies in qualified and loving homes. We only breed the best quality Havanese with excellent physical and behavioral traits to produce puppies of similar quality. Our dogs are show quality with Championship lineage. They have some of the best traits you could want in a puppy. We provide our dogs and puppies with a loving and interactive home environment and no kenneling or cages ever. We take meticulous care of them providing lots of socialization, love, and nurturing while they are with us. Once the pups are old enough to go outside, we give them lots of supervised playtime in our covered area and fenced in back yard. We also have an area in our main living area, so when they get old enough, they can be out in the area with us for the majority of the day. We begin potty training them with the Misty Trails Method which uses a potty pad. We provide all our dogs and the puppies with a high quality diet and tend to the Mother's every need while she is nursing. We tend to the medical care of the momma and her puppies.
Of course, our Havanese are non-shedding dogs and so they work perfect for those people who suffer from Allergies and Asthma. They are considered one of the best family dogs because they are so well tempered. These dogs are smaller but not fragile and enjoy playing ball, playing with kids, and other pets. The average full grown weight is only 14-16 pounds so they are perfect for living in smaller spaces. This breed used to be owned by aristocrats and because they were so easily trained, they also were used as circus dogs. This makes them perfect to train as a therapy dog. They are not hyper dogs, and don?t require an excessive amount of exercise but they can keep up if you are active person or family. They are not generally skittish and generally travel well. They don?t have any reported major genetic illnesses and have an average lifetime age of 16 years so they should be with their owner(s) for many years to come. We ensure the puppies are well cared for physically and emotionally. The puppies are first brought to the Vet at around 3 days of age, for an exam and removal of dew claws which really serve no purpose other than to cause problems later on. The puppies are again brought to the Vet for another exam and their 1st set of shots before being transferred to their new owner. Upon transfer, we provide a 3 day healthy puppy guarantee to ensure the buyer has time to bring the puppy to their Vet for a healthy puppy exam of their own. Upon purchase, you will receive the following: A healthy and fluffy AKC Havanese Puppy, AKC litter registration, AKC limited registration application, 3 day healthy puppy guarantee & 1 year healthy puppy guarantee (both per their respective specified terms)a toy from the litter along with a new puppy gift bag. Purchase is on a 1st come and 1st serve basis. We ask that you complete a questionnaire or do an phone interview prior to approval so we can get an idea of what you are looking for in a puppy and what type of home the puppy would be going to. If approved then we ask that you apply a $500 deposit to ensure your purchase. The remaining balance of $950 is required upon pickup. We do ask that the puppies be picked up by the end of their 8th week of age. We are unable to board a puppy past the end of the 8th week pickup date, unless previously negotiated in writing. We do not normally ship but will work with those flying in to get their new puppy. Spay or neutering is required.
