We are located in Olympia, WA but we will transport the puppy to you for a small $50 fee, in the Seattle, WA or $75 in the Portland, OR area, with a $500 NR Pre-paid deposit through Paypal. You pay the balance upon delivery. You can also visit us in our Olympia, WA home and pick up (free, of course) and make payment in full at that time. Inquire about details. Out of state buyers, we can ship the puppy to you at buyer's expense or you can fly in and bring the puppy back with you, by checking the puppy as a carry on so he can fly with you. What's Included: All the puppies are weaned, pad potty trained and ready to go to loving homes. They come from Champion Bloodlines from both Mom and Dad. They have been given healthy medical exams, all 3 sets of preventive shots, de-worming, dew-claws removed and nails clipped. We provide all the documentation for medical/shots/AKC Limited Application/Copy of Pedigree with 3 Generations of Pedigree printed (Copy Posted on Website}/Copy of Contract outlining details for 3 day Healthy Puppy Guarantee & 1 Year Congenital Guarantee for which we provide either an available replacement puppy or cash reimbursement for medical. Dam & Sire: The Mother, Serafina is an excellent example of all the best traits of the Havanese Breed. She has the best characteristics to pass along to her puppies. She is a beautiful all white dog, with a perfect temperament, protective but not aggressive, independent but loving, very smart, easily trainable and much more. She is a great Momma and plays with her puppies often daily. She's greatly enriched our lives! We felt that we should breed her so that she could share the job with others, through her kids. She is a great dog and the puppies inherited many of her excellent qualities. She is on site with us and will live with us forever, long after she has stopped breeding. We don't believe in rehoming our dogs after they are done breeding! Unfortunately, this is far more common than you would think and we find it inhumane! The sire, Pogi Boy, is located nearby and he has a excellent pedigree, as does Serfina. They both come from Champion Bloodlines.
What we offer in the Puppies: We strongly feel that our puppies are the best. There are other breeders out there that provide a good loving home but nothing like what we offer. We feel we have more to offer each puppy and are priced extremely well for the pedigree. We home raised our puppies and became an intricate part of their lives since their birth. Momma Dog, Serafina is very trusting and allowed us to get close and help with the litter since birth. She takes care of all their puppy needs and we take care of the rest. We initiated the pad and paper training at a very early age with the Misty Trails method of potty training. They are trained in this method but should easily transition to the the outdoors. Our Vet even stated that they were the best litter he's seen by any Breeder in all his years in the field and we already had 2 repeat customers from our last litter alone.
We don't have the most experience breeding but we do have the most heart. We raise only about 1 litter a year so we can provide the very best to each puppy. It takes a lot of work to care for these puppies day and night. We are much more capable and have the desire to care for the puppies when we don't have one after another. We raise our puppies in the most loving, dedicated way to ensure that they grow up to be very healthy, happy and stable puppies and their positive characteristics shine through! We give them lots of attention, and socialize them at an early age. We don't believe in placing them in a backroom or putting them in cages and then forget about them. Unfortunately, that happens and it does not breed the best, most stable dog. The way we raise them gets them used to being around other pets and people without being afraid or aggressive. They feel pretty secure with their environment. I can't even get them to move when the vacuum is on and right up next to them.
Our puppies are very well behaved. Dogs who endure a bad beginning might grow up with tendencies not normal to the breed; like aggressive behavior, constant barking, fears, phobias, etc. Bad dogs are a great deal of work and difficult to control and often end up controlling your home.
Havanese Characteristics: I really think that the Havanese Breed is the best breed but then I am biased. My favorite things about them is that they don't shed and are perfect for my allergies. I never thought I could have a dog and wear all black without constantly getting out the lint roller. That is awesome in it's own right. Additionally, they have a gentle, loving, disposition but are not fragile. They will play and rough house if you want. They are active but not hyper. They do well to adjust their energy level to the activity level of the owner and are happy with only a moderate amount of exercise. Another really cool thing is that the breed differs quite a bit. They have similar characteristics like long hair, but they differ greatly in their appearance, thus our Variety Pack of puppies. Each is adorable but different so they don't all look the same. Some other characteristics are:smart likes to play games and learn tricks - respond well to treat training good, watchdog but not aggressive, faithful & loving.
